Happy New Year (belatedly)! 

This e-mail is long overdue, I'm afraid.  Tao and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude to you for your help in selling our house quickly and at a reasonable price when the house market was tough on sellers.  We were very impressed with your knowledge and professionalism, and admired your drive and integrity in helping prepare for the listing and moving the process through to its conclusion.  We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who was interested in buying or selling a house in your area.

We have settled into our new routine in Massachusetts.  Still renting, given all the economic upheaval recently.  We prefer to wait and see rather than rush into a new house purchase.  As we had said, it will be nice to be on the favorable side of the transaction once we do decide to buy.  The kids are doing great (and learning to ski).
